You must contact Gator Tours at least 7 days prior to your desired tour date; the customer service phone number and e-mail address appears on your printed voucher(s). Upon arrival in Florida, you must call Gator Tours to confirm your reservation and finalize your hotel pick-up details. On the day of your tour, please wait in the lobby of your hotel at the scheduled time with your printed voucher(s) and photo ID.
